Making SA cars behave like in IV?

Hey guys.

 

So I was wondering if it's possible through modding to make cars in SA behave like in real life. I mean, in SA you can take a corner going 100 miles an hour as if the car was on rails, but you can't in IV. In SA, when you hit the brakes it's an instant stop while in IV it's a gradual stop. Hope you guys get what I'm talking about .

Well the gradual stop is possible with a handling line i think, Just find a handling editor and try to do some tests
