Microstuttering on a single card

I experience allot of microstuttering almost everytime(but not all the time) I play TBoGT. IDK why.

 

Here are my specs:

i5 760 @2.80GHz

6.0GB RAM

Powercolor HD5770

MSi P55-GD55

19" monitor @1280x960

 

game can run @30 fps+ never below.

 

the card is single (not cf) and not overclocked (870MHz by 1400MHz)

and so is the i5. Settings on the game are mid-high(not maxed)

and everything is up to date.

 

So IDK why I experience irregular delays.

Other details:

I think whenever it reaches 40-50fps, the microstuttering happens. It gets like 50, then suddenly 42 then suddenly 48 and so on. It's so annoying.

Try the -memrestrict command as suggested in the above topic and see if it makes any difference.

Also, make sure your video drivers are up-to-date.
