Ok, I like this site a lot. I've been helped a lot here, gotten pissed of here and laughed at this site. But none of my gta playing buddies are on this site! They are all on thegtaplace. I don't really like that site now cause its like a ghostown but all my friends are there! What the hell should I do?

All I got in common with em is PS3 and they are rarely on that. Yeah I guess I should make an account for thegtaplace too.

If you want to find out, just go over there and search "gtaforums" in their general chat forum. Most of the complaints are pretty immature though. Apart from these few members, the rest of the place is good.

From what I've saw on that site, the reasons they hate us is because....

 

1. We have too many members.

2. We are so strict.

3. They say the mods and admins are disorganized.

4. We're basically just a bunch of noobs and fags.

 

 

I found it hilarious though knowing that it was the PBMs who told them of these facts.

@ Mark, so that means Demarest got banned????? I thought he was actually a good guy. How many warnings do you get before you get banned anyway? I've got one.

@ mrpain, I agreee with that we have a lot of members. I used to disagree with how strict this site is but being strict does help, in that people don't bump year old topics, flame or troll, the third one I disagree, to me the Mods and Admins are organized, I mean I was trolling on topic and immedietly got a warning and for the last one I that is really immature.

Having families and jobs does not necessarily mean that the person is mature, my friend. I remember someone over there saying that he hates this site because his signature was disabled (because it was over the allowed limits, obviously). That is what I meant when I said the complaints are immature.

 

Most of these people are looking for forums with relaxed rules where they don't get told off for going on a spamming spree or for breaking a rule or two. What they don't realize is that GTAF is a huge forum and if the rules are not stringent, then this place would turn into a sh*thole.

... so I just went to see what their problem is over there, and well... let's just say all your favorite PBMs are there whining and bragging about how they play sockpuppet here. It's really kind sad. I almost feel bad for them, then I remember what scum-sucking douchebags they were when here.
