18yrs old? I would say it is just a temporary issue - nothing to worry about. I seem to recall one or two stints when I was around 18. Unless you feel unhealthy otherwise, I wouldn't go running off to the doctor claiming ED yet.

He needs to have a benchmark to go off of to see if his blood pressure is regular though.

 

Anyway, yeah, go see the doctor about your boner. It's part of your circulatory system, and some things in there are more important than getting a stiffy. What if you're on the verge of a stroke or something? Massive clot in your leg? You'd never see it coming.

 

That would be really odd if that was one of the precursors to a stroke or something that no man ever wanted to admit before.

Well that would require him having gone to the doctor within the last few years and going to a doctor who he has previously seen or has access to his records.

 

But, what I was saying is that for a general idea of where his blood pressure standing at now, he should go check. You don't need to know how you were a year ago to see that your blood pressure is high or dangerously high.
