Fix for lots of Taxi's for 1.0.0.4?

Hello,

 

Is there a fix for the tons of taxis driving around with car mods? could someone post a mod that fixes it along with the required loaders for it? This is for 1.0.0.4 or newer.

when you mean tons of taxis do you mean all the cars are taxis except for some parked cars or the same car as the the one your driving???

yes, I mean that there are lots of taxis and cars that im driving.

 

I corrected that, I clean installed IV, patched to 1.0.3.0 and got Traffic Fix 1.02, but now most of the cars seem to tip over all the time, even when traffic is making a tiny turn, is there a way to fix it?

 

And, if I were to upgrade to 1.0.7.0 would I still be able to use mods and have traffic fix?
