I completely uninstalled (and I mean completely) my 10.2 and installed the latest 10.7 and have much better fps and looking game with no problems. I am playing GTA IV with the latest 1.0.7 patch. I do have a 4850 though.

What's this "XP graphic"?

Drivers are found here http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx It appears not to be working at the moment.

You need the exact OS version (Vista 32 or 64 bit), HD series of cards, but you will need to find out whether your GPU is AGP or PCI-E. GPU-z ( http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/1837/mirrors.php ) will tell you this, just look under the "buss interface" field.

i've choosed this things the 2 times i've tried to update graphic card:

Desktop Graphic (no problem there)

Radeon HD Series (no problem there)

Radeon HD 3xxx Series PCIe (no problem there)

Windows Vista - 32 Bit (no problem there)

my graphic card is a PCIe

but still got the same problem both times i've try to update

EDIT: seems like i've got 2 different graphic cards. the one i'm using is ATI Radeon HD 3650 but when i open TechPowerUp the graphic card it choose is ATI Radeon 2100

EDIT: i've just seen a video on ATI's homepage that i need to uninstall the drivers and install the latest
