Modding problem

Hi, I actually registered to be able to post something here..

 

I've got this problem that I don't know what to do about..

I just reinstalled GTA 4 with the RAZOR1911 Crack and I used this handling editor I found on here, the one made by "One".

I tried to change the handlin for the Chavos as I was about to change its looks after that..

 

Appearantly, there was no vehicles.img file in the cdimage folder so I pasted it in myself as I had the original from somewhere..

The game then seemed to work perfectly so I tried the mod the Chavos. As soon as I modded it, I couldn't start the game anymore :s

It won't even open the Popup with "Play" on it..

Changing the handling and files.txt back to its original didn't seem to work!

 

I think I'm on the 1.0.0.0 version as I don't really know how to update it?

 

Please help me to fix this as it's killing me -.-
