GTA 5 promises the following improvements...

Well here's what I've heard so far, I think GTA5 sounds very promising!

 

1: Additional weapon - A Mini Gun that you can use in free aim to take out choppers

2: Heads explode via shotgun or sniper rifle - also if you stomp a head enough times it resembles lasagna with teeth.

3: Less cops and less choppers in the sky pestering you - when you shoot down both choppers - it takes at least 10 minutes for more to come.

4: Vehicles/cops etc don't spawn behind you when you turn your back - neither do random vehicles that weren't there when you last checked.

5: People burn and scream for longer when on fire.

6: Additional weapons - Samuri Sword (expensive) & Gladius Sword (poor) - Which you can behead people with on the street right in front of burger shot if you like to put people off their cheese burgers. You can also cut people in half and steam comes out of their exposed insides on cold days - like Niko's breath.

7: Additional Weapon - Chainsaw - You can swoop low taking off legs or straight down cutting people in half like ginger bread men - peices of meat and bone fragments fly everywhere - cool!

8: New Cheat - Zero cops - turn cops on or off - completely!

9: The jason hockey mask will return aswell as a Michael Myers type style latex mask - cool!

10: Genocide awards and cop killa awards are coming back which earns you more cash and a new Holocaust award after you kill over 100,000 people.

11: New Vehicle: Fight jet plane with heater seeker missiles and side winder bombs etc - looks like an FA 18 Hornet.

12: You can destroy passenger planes in the air and on ground level at the airports and steal them too.

13: You strap dynomite to your chest - enough to blow a building in half - so when if the cops kill you - you blow everything up for a large radious of the street killing those who killed you - like the predator.

14: Car bombs are coming back - you can also attach bombs to pedestrians again like in San Andreas and detonate them.

15: New bonus reward- Invincibility - after completing the ambulance missions (includes being death proof from heights and blasts) - u can even get out and walk away from an exploded car.

16: New bonus reward- Infinite sprint - after completing the 'new' taxi missions - (also enables u to run as fast as a scooter when you hold in the sprint X button)

17: New bonus reward- Fire proof - after completing the fire fighter missions - (While burning on fire - you dont scream or re-act at all.

18: Kill frenzy feature - You simply demolish everything you run into - people explode into red mist and cars and vehicles also blow up.

19: New vehicle - Tank - with an aiming system the same as Vice City.

20: New Cheat - Vehicle fly mode.

21: New Cheat - Change body type - fat, skinny, built.

22: New phone cheat system - character doesn't put phone away when hit by a bullet - allowing the player to punch in a health cheat or other cheat at anytime - even in mid air.

23: New weapon - 45 long slide with lazer sighting as seen in The Terminator.

24: New weapon - 357 Magnum.

25: New weapon - 44 Magnum (black snub nose)

26: Objects actually do damage when thrown at people/targets - bricks smash heads apart like a grapefruit hit by a golf club. You can also pick up more objects - such as steel dust bins - which you can use to repeatedly hammer down upon people.

27: New Weapon: Butterfly Knife - opens up with a flick of the wrist.

28: New Weapon: Knuckle Dusters are back.

29: New Weapon: Flick knife - just push the button and it flicks up.

30: New Weapon: Screw Driver's back.

31: Variation on ways to steal cars - Select screw driver to pop door lock. Slim jim tool can also be aquired for discreet theft. You can of course still punch the window in. Once inside - keys can often be found above behind the cars sun visor, if not you can hot wire or 'barrel' the ignition - providing you have the scre driver.

32: New Weapon: Rotating smoke granade launcher - blinds enemies/cops disorientates people and chokes them out.

33: New Fighting abilities and brand new fighting system mode: Headlock, Fish-hook, eye gouge, headlock and repeaded punching with free arm, elbow smash to the face, spear and tackle to the ground. Fast light punch combos and heavy hard punch combos. Chocking/strangling with fists also. More fighting moves can be earned through fighting experience (acheiving combos etc) - Additional moves include Van Damn rounhouse kick to the skull and The Rock's choke slam.

34: New weapon: Fiber wire to strangle silently.

35: New weapon: M16 with built in grenade launcher - as seen in Scarface.

36: New weapon: Black silenced pistol.

37: New Vehicle: The Bat Mobile - as seen in The Dark Knight.

38: New Vehicle: Ed 209 - enter and control the villian robot seen in Robocop and use it's guns.

39: New Vehicle with new weapon: Stealth bomber with Nuclear bomb to drop upon the city - creates mushroom cloud and tears apart streets and buildings and vehicles for many blocks. Can also drop Napalm on street block corners.

40: New story mode feature - instead of doing jobs and taking orders, you can be your own boss and just rob banks, drug deal and run rackets yourself. You can also kill each and every character at any time before their own story is complete - prematurely completing the game if you just couldn't be bothered with tedious missions - kill the boss of that mission and take over.

41: New Weapon - Semtex explosives and dynomite.

42: New feature - better aiming and more speed when attacked a floored grounded opponent - fasters more acurate head stomping.

43: New Feature: Accidents - You can accidently impale yourself and or others on railings and be tore in half etc in bad car wrecks.

44: Enter any police station like The Terminator and tear it up. Also when you wipe out every police station - it takes the game a whole in-game day - to re-generate more cops for those stations. So if you wipe out every station in one day - No cops for the rest of the day!

45: Force people at gun point using hole in the wall bank machine to empty their entire accounts over to you.

46: Recruit a gang by giving civilians an ultimatum - join me - or die.

47: Get a date with any woman in the game. By pushing the 'flirt' button and taking them home - making them yours. Acquire over 50 women at a time on your phone. They also just like you more when you don't text back and turn your phone on sleep mode. Some start stalking you and hanging around outside your appartments and also fight and kill eachother over you.

48: Armageddon mode: The city becomes invested with rage filled zombies as seen in 28Days/Weeks later - watch them infect eachother and then turn on you - you being uninfected. Crowds of 40 zombies will chase you and they bite!

49: Manhunt mode: Stalk and kill using a new system of controlling your character - crawl like in Shellshock Nam 67 and sneak up and cut throats from behind and use surroundings like plastic bags to smother heads before cracking them open with a rock like an egg.

50: Many more buildings and even small houses can now be entered - more attention to detail within each building to. Turn on the gas in houses and then blow it up. Or turn the water on and watch a building flood out on to the street.

51: New weapon: Flame thrower - same effect as petrol bombs - burns people and surroundings - but easier to use.

52: There will be no animals to kill in GTA5 - no more pigeons. However, instead of the pigeons - There will now be 100 sleezy pimps to exterminate around the city in the most sleezy areas.

53: New weapon: An axe - so you can kill people like in The Shinning.

54: There will now be better control when walking at the edge of buildings etc - when you hold in a button - it stops you from falling over the edge - like Tomb Raider controls.

55: You can once again swim under water - and if you go out far enough there is sharks!

56: When you wear the new superman outfit - you can fly - like superman in the game superman returns - super sonic.

57: When you wear the new batman outfit - you have all the various tools and weapons he has and can glide off buildings.

58: You can get into the sewers and it makes a good get away from police.

59: There is some outback on the outskirts of the city - desert in one corner, woodland forrest in another corner of the map and a beach in the other corner and a rocky mountain with snow atop of it in another - which gives a vast feel to a large city with interesting surrounding areas and terrain to cover.

60: New Vehicle: Monster truck.

61: New Vehicle: Jet Ski.

62: Extra blood levels - Turn up the level of blood to Mortal Kombat levels.

63: Added realism to gore graphics - bombs and explosives blow people apart with parts flying off people. Nuclear fire makes people look like burnt paper - then the blast wave hits them - and they fire apart like leaves.

64: There is a maze in the game - a large hedge maze which is good fun to try and work your way in and out of.

65: New Cheat: High jumping - the longer you hold the jump button before releasing the high you jump!

66: You can rob any store, gas station, bank, security money van, civilian.

67: You have many more properties around the city.

68: You have garages again to store your vehicles in safely - no more worry about your car being displaced by traffic etc.

69: There's a casino you can rob and tear apart in - or gamble in if you want to.

70: New Cheat: Unlimited ammunition & no reload - fluent rounds from each gun never needing to stop to reload your weapon.

71: Weights gym is back if you dont want to use the body morph cheat and earn your physic the long way.

72: Jet packs are back for hovering around.

73: Sky diving is back - you can plummet again by aiming your head down etc - parachutes available this time.

74: You can derail the train and cause horrific accidents and mass death and destruction.

75: You can steal and crash airplanes and enter and destroy the airport.

76: Telepods - as seen in The Fly are now available to immediately transport you from one part of the city to another in certain key areas.

77: Design your own face for your character using the same graphics design options as Smack Down Vs Raw 2008/9 etc. Make the character resemble you the gamer!

78: New ability to commit suicide - you can blow your own head off at any time with any weapon - if cauht in a tight spot.

79: If you allow police to arrest you - you now go to prison and must break your way out to continue the game story. There are various methods which include tunneling, diversion tactics and of course killing your way out.

80: You can still run with your hands cuffed behind you - and free yourself at certain locations.

81: You can customize your vehicle entirely - with a wide range of modifications now available at your disposal.

82: You can reach much higher levels in the air - at least 3 times as high as in GTA4 which makes for better sky diving.

83: You can become a serial killer and reports about you circulate in the news papers and in the internet cafes.

84: Internet cafe computers are more interactive - you can actually buy stuff online - such as cars, bikes, guns, knuckle dusters etc - they get delivered to your home address in a box.

85: You can add your own music to the game so that it plays on the car/vehicle radio instead like a cd.

86: The army get involved in fighting you if you wipe out the police stations.

87: You can bribe cops if you have enough money - although sometimes it wont work.

88: You climb almost everything in the game - trees, sides of building to dangerous heights, cliff edges and more!

89: When you swim under water this no only provides cover - but also is great for losing police - swimming off the maps police radar.

90: New job - a regular way to work for money is as a hitman - killing via poison, guns, knifes, your hands etc for dollars.

91: You can purposely burn down your own safe houses and move in to almost any house/building in the game.

92: You can do the lotto $1 per ticket with the same national lottery odds. Some might like to pick the random numbers in real life too.

93: More interstingly appropriate and variating player names: Psychopathic, Sociopathic, Insane, Wacko, Crazed, Looper etc

94: You can shower and shave etc in your home - otherwise you get scruffy and smell - then women dont like you any more.

95: Even if you loose an arm and are half burned and shot up - your character can continue to fight resiliant to most forms of death.

96: You can extract information from people via torture in certain missions - using a vice, blow torch, pliers and go medieval.

97: Bodies do not disspear and you can drag, carry and display your victims around the place - hang them around your home like decorations is you will. Or mount piles of corpses on the front lawn as a warning to intruders.

98: You can make people "bite the curb" before you stomp on their head goodnight.

99: New Weapon: M60 Machine gun.

100: Follow people home and they remain where you last seen them live. Then kill them later that night and burn their house down.
