Can't if you dont steal it from Yusuf.

The Skylift is (supposed to be) an unobtainable vehicle. So the only way to actually get it is by stealing it from Yusuf.

Other than that, the Skylift isn't seen and can't be flown anywhere in the game including online.

 

Check the Unique Vehicles Guide thread to see how to get it.

You're on PS3, yesh? That means you can't get the Skylift at all. The mission where you're supposed to be able to obtain it no longer allows you to do so. The helicopter disappears before you can hunt it down.

Just go through a few pages until you find either my tutorial or my good friend takadox's. Either tutorial is good and should help you.

Immature? No offence, but you seem rather up yourself. There has to be hundreds of people who discovered how to obtain the skylift before you. What makes you so special?
