hi guys, i have problem with config graphic in game or windows i have 10+- FPS in game i have

 

CPU: AM2 dual core 4,4ghz

DDR: DDRII 4GB dual channel

VGA: Nvidia 9800 GTX GTS 512mb

OS: Win 7

 

i think problem is in OS or config in windows
