San Andreas Downgrade help.

Hello, this is my first thread in the San Andreas (III) section, i am commonly known around the IV and V locations.

I am in need of some desperate help.

 

I have been trying to figure out how to mod San Andreas as of late for the PC and i understand that to do almost ANY mod like models, textures etc, you need to downgrade to GTA SA v1.0.

 

I have gotten myself a v1.0 .exe file and a no CD crack. But every time i try to change my models with SAMI (San Andreas Mod Installer) the models never change afterwards. I have also tried IMG tool 2.0 but also that doesn't work.

 

I tried GGMM and every time i open that it tells me "TXD corrupt" and i can't view the 3D models.

 

Can someone please help me step by step on how to solve this issue and what i can do?

 

I use Windows 7 Ultimate for your information.

Hey thank you for moving this to the correct place. I had an intuition that this would belong in III Modding Other, but i thought it should go in trouble shooting because it was a problem with the game.

 

Besides all that, is there anyone here who can help me with this?
