Searching for Antonow An-24 mod

As the title say I'm looking for an AN 24 for gta sa but I was already two hours on google and searched it but could not find him, unfortunately.

 

All I remember is the mod I've downloaded from a Russian modsite.

 

now my question is: if someone has the mod on their PC or the download link
