Manual Transmission Mod?

Is there a mod for IV and/or EFLC that allows you to have a manual transmission in your vehicle?

The mod won't work, as a matter of fact, no mods seem to work. I was on 1.0.2.0 but I updated it to 1.0.3.0 when this mod didnt work. But it still wont work.

i've never tried this mod so i can't help but maybe ur scripthook might be updated or maybe u must use 1.0.4.0 or 1.0.0.4
