GTA IV like stat?

Can you still get the like stats up for Brucie and Packie after you complete all the missions? I'm on the last mission now and just checked their stats and they're below what I need them to be. Thanks

yes you can.

 

my story:you believe it or not but I have been completed 100% just after completed the activity of trip club with brucie.
