Multiplayer PC events

Hey all,

 

I'm a big GTA fan (from the first series) and have always been playing these games on the PC.

On these forums the nice and friendly PC users do not seem to exist in large quantities.

 

I might be missing other similar threads/topics, if I did, please do tell me.

 

I am looking for other PC gamers willing to start/join events.

I'm reffering to event similar to the Zombie one someone else started and Air vs Ground.. and etc

 

I'm not starting a specific thing yet, as I would like to know the animo of the people here first.

PC events have been done in the past, but with limited success. There are too few of us here, compared to PS3/X360 users. Consequently the major hurdle to PC events is gathering enough players. Once we get past that there shouldn't be any real problem.

 

If you're organizing something let me know! Do you have anything specific in mind?

No.

 

There is more then enough people playing IV&ELFC MP, and doing modding. It's just that they never visit this section, plus the Rockstar MP gives a lot of problems to some people. If that IV:MP thing ever gets released, there might be more.

What is this "IV:MP thing" then about?

 

And I don't really have specific kind of events in mind.

I was thinking about building a lil webapplication so people can sign in to these things, but wondering if that is useful.
