f. Marty Chonks

You get his missions via the phone outside the Bitch'n'Dog food factory. All hiss missions are connected with his money troubles and you clean all the people that are problem for his money. But at the last misssion Carl kills him.

 

g. Kenji Kasen

He's the Yakuza leader. You work for him for a while but one of the Donald Love's missions requires to kill Kenji. So it would be better to finish the Kenji's missions first.

 

h. Donald Love

The owner of Love Media. As I said above - he sends you to kill Kenji. There's some rumour that he's canibal

 

i. D-Ice

He's the leader of the Red Jacks. The Red Jacks have problems with the Purple Nines (the other part of the Southside Hoods). His missions are connected with punishing the Purple Nines and after the final they completely dissapear from the city.

 

j. Miguel

Let's call him the Catalina's new dog. He's her boyfriend and leader of the Columbians. He has no some major role in the game. Catalina leaves him in a moment where you are step closer of killing them. After that Maria and Asuka finish him
