need Best HQ roads and graphics

Hi How are you all fans of GTA series

 

Friends i need your little help

i need some Mods

 

1 :-

HQ roads for whole GTA SA (i already have installed HQ Roads from IV Los Santos) but i need GTA Iv roads for SF and LV also

i search anywhere but i found some fake files

 

2 :-

I need best Graphics for GTA SA (fixed bugs )

my System Requerment

 

Ram 1GP

Processor Intel® Pentium® 4 3.07 GHz

VGA card Nvidia Geforce 256MB 6800GT

 

Note = GTA IV run on my PC but too slow i can complate a mission in 1 or help hours due to game run slow lol

First stop trying to make SA look like IV it aint worth it,second uise dexx's SA GFX instead of ENB
