Well I was thinking that the car collection garage could be located on the shoreline to accommodate boats, like a boathouse, and a special helipad to accommodate helicopters! Yes? I LOVED the CRANE/SHIP for the Emergency Vehicles in GTA III, that was SWEET! ... of course there'd have to be several different types of helicopters, like that crane/magnet helicopter from SA! ... and the Leviathan, also awesome.
