neckclicker
Hey guys. I got about 50% through GTA4 on my old laptop, and recently installed the game on this new laptop. I went to app data - local - rockstar - save games and copied the folders/files onto a USB, and pasted them in the same location on this laptop. However when I load up the game, it keeps saying there are no saved games on my hard drive, and when I click start it simply starts a new game. I really, really dont want to start this game again, so would appreciate any advice!!!

cidamelo
Hi friend, you have to save appdata - local - xlive too! And then past that paste for the same location in your notebook. This worked for me! Good luck friend!!!!

cidamelo
neckclicker of course Do you know the appdata where you've found the Rockstar Games paste? In "APPDATA" there's a paste called "XLIVE". Copy that paste and past them to the same location in your laptop. Just like you made with the Rockstar Games paste! Good luck
