Pay for Pickup?

hey guys I'm making another mission which involves buying a property

 

I have created the pickup and put the type as '18'. 18 = paycash pickup, pay amount to make it dissapear, how do i set the cash?

I think the description is not descriptive enough. It's better to use 0518 for property pickups.
