Grizzly20 Posted August 8, 2010 Share Posted August 8, 2010 So, I beat TBoGT a few days ago, and I'm just wondering, what happened to Tony? Luis removed him from his phone book and nobody has mentioned him at all. I remember him talking about moving to some secluded spa get-a-way town in the desert, did he really do that? I think I also heard someone mention that he sold the clubs to Yusuf Amir and disappeared. Is that true? Maybe during Luis', Tony's, and Yusuf's car ride from the Monoglobe monument to Maisonette 9, Tony told Luis that he's going on a vacation for a while and that he would assume ownership over the clubs until he got back. That might be possible because of all of the stress he was going through, and an explanation to him disappearing from the contacts list is possible because he got rid of his cell phone so that the mob or and remaining Russians couldn't find him through his cell. Any other suggestions are appreciated. I guess R* just left it open for us to imagine what happened. I heard rumors about the making of new GTA game, placed in Vice City, and a brand new character so it's no Tony this time. Ash_735 Posted August 10, 2010 Share Posted August 10, 2010 In GTA IV, the original plot had subtle hints that Gay Tony went missing under strange circumstances, both the night clubs were closed down for good, etc. But Rockstar changed the story of TBOGT to fit around the more Feature and Fun aspect, that's why many characters just sort of stop dead in development and you never hear from certain characters again for no reason. And nobody can know something about GTA V atm. because R* dont give any information about GTA V, we just have to wait up and listen to the different rumours. To the topic, i think Tony just left LC because he was pretty sure that Luis will die, but i think its pretty good that tony left LC, because now all of this clubs are yours. Bernie says he might wanna go to San Fierro when Niko talks to him in the mission Buoys Ahoy.
