i just think roman was annoying but i still remember on time i was playing the ps3 version of gta 4 (i don't have that copy any more i have the pc version now) and i was far in he game and i think i had niko do somthing that pissed off dimitri because he killed roman (and that made me feel so super terrible about roman being killed and me not wanting to do things with him) so i restored an earlier game and i was able to keep him from being killed.

Honorable mention for the preacher guy across the street from the safe house in Bohan.

 

Even the peds don’t like him. Funny to here him get told off by them sometimes.

I don't think Kate is annoying, yes, I forgot Francis, I hate him, and I don't think the UL Paper Guy was annoying, but I think Mike Toreno was way better!

The MOST annoying person in the game is the conspiracy theorist ped who is opposite the Bohan safehouse if the preacher isn't there. This annoying ped turns up everywhere in Liberty City, on street corners, in the subway, in front of the Suffolk Church. AHHHHHHH! I always shoot him for saying annoying things like: "Your a probability wave, in space!" or "It's physics that's all, it's physics." and the other things like "They put spies in the toilets to what us. They're putting stuff in to the air!".

I was between Manny and the Perseus dude. But then I rememebered how the Perseus guy screams like a bitch when you shoot his security man,and I HAD to vote for him.

Actually,I like all of Niko's friends,specially Roman. I don't think he's annoying at all. Besides,I've already finished the game and he only got to call me once (and he wanted to "eat",not "GO BOWLING!11!!1!")

Wercury have you ever done Sarah's second random encounter? The Perseus guy is SO ANNOYING, he said: "sorry honey, but if you want something, you have to pay for it, that's the way things work!" with a so annoying voice, I killed him and I haven't paid anything.

These are my hated gta IV characters( liberty city episodes have been added too):

 

1. roman bellic: no self-control. Just gambling around and not giving a damn about the consequences.

2. mori kibbutz: a real a##hole and an arrogant bastard. Though he finds out about his sh*tty personality

And likely changes his behavior at the end of TBOGT.

3. Brucie Kibuttz : he has an inability to be humorous . I think that the hatred of him mostly shows up

In the main game, because his brother replaces Brucie's position in TBOGT. both can be annoying.

4. Kate McReary: no special ability and sometimes nagging around his brothers. she also doesn't seem to care about Derrick's or Francis' death and says: " I'm sorry for Ma." who can be that bad to his or her

however these characters were friendly to the protagonist, but not that good and right type of being

Friendly. Some of them where just liabilities, but the list includes antagonists too.

1. Dimitri rascalov: betrayed everyone except Ray Bulgarin. Wish there was a worse way of dying for him.

2. Ray Bulgarin: wanted to shoot everyone and kill them. How an idiot like him that can be easily angered owned a lot of things? however we didn't see too much background from him so he would have been better.

3. Timur : he's nothing, just ridiculous. He's crazy too.

I hate Vlad with a burning passion; I just hate how he speaks to Roman and Niko. I'm so glad that Niko killed him.

 

 

 

He's an annoying character, but that's why he's so great. I haven't hated a GTA character more than him (I think).
