i just downloaded a police pursuit mod from this forum but i dont know how to make it work! i have Cleo 3, but i dont know how to make this mod work.... i cannot understand README... please help

Post a new thread in the III era editing discussion forum - and in the new one, try to explain what is your actual issue. I doubt people can tell you something the readme doesn't tell you if you can't tell them what it is you don't understand.
