ThRaSh
I have tried changing every setting i could think of from the lowest to the highest possible, and still no luck. The game runs perfectly smooth but as you can see annoying checker blocks everywhere. Things I've tried: Update/downgrade drivers Graphic settings up/down Patches/Hot fixes Googled similar problems (No help). The problem appears to be where ever there would be shading or fog its replaced with blotches of squares Also note this is retail version, and installed on a different computer with different specs and runs perfect, that being said I'm sure its gotta be a graphics card issue. mkey82
No, I meant stuff like futuremark and PC mark to stress the GPU for a while to see if you get artifacts outside GTAIV.
ThRaSh
Well GTA 4 appears to be the only game with these graphic like issues on my pc. Farcry 1 & 2 Crisis 1 & 2 Fallout 3 Modern Warfare 2 Half Life source..... These are games with maybe more strenuous expectations and run perfect! No other benchmark has been run yet. mkey82
While/after changing drivers did you perform a cleanup? When installing patches did you install older versions over new ones? Do you use any commandline switches?
