lil weasel Posted August 7, 2010 Share Posted August 7, 2010 PRE-TROUBLE-SHOOTING QUESTIONS: Before going too far, as a lot of time is wasted on trying to fix a no-fix situation: Are you playing the game with the Original DVD in the Drive? You are not trying to use a No-CD program or crack. If you Downloaded your game: is it from other than Direct2Drive or SteamPower.com? When posting a problem, be sure to include the following information about your computer: Operating system (Windows users: be sure to mention if you have XP or Vista, and which Service Pack you have) Video/Graphics card type and how much dedicated graphics memory (or is it shared?)
