Lol, no need for making it. Anyways, they say it can be found behind Washington Beach VCPD, but I've never found it.

but I think in PS or something else is smoke grenade .

True, you can download it somewhere but indeed, the teargas is only @ PS2 version

sorry for the bump.I know there is a mod but i wan it make by my self for a mod

the tear gas dff,txd files are in the gta3.img file. Its only in the original version of the Vice city game and you can use mods or trainers to get it.
