Infinite Health [on/off] Infinite Ammo [on/off] Flaming chainsaw [on/off] Spawn cheats for all vehicles Weapon sets Crazy f*cking drivers Pedestrians riot with explosive weapons Pedestrians riot Pedestrians riot with melee weapons Pedestrians riot with guns Pedestrians riot with big guns Pedestrians riot with chainsaws All pedestrians are attractive bikini girls Never Wanted Always have 6 wanted stars Always have 5 wanted stars Always have 4 wanted stars Always have 3 wanted stars Always have 2 wanted stars Always have 1 wanted star Regular police replaced with military patrols Regular police replaced with SWAT units Regular police replaced with robocop units Beach Party Theme Mafia Theme Halloween Costume Party Theme Alien Theme [helicopters replaced with flying saucers, bikes boats and cars all hover now] Friday the 13th theme 2 fast 2 furious theme All cars have nitro Jackass theme [golf carts become way more common] City in chaos Well, that's all I've got for now.
