I was wondering,does it really happen like this in real life ,you throw the molotov towards the window,glass brakes and lits the whole apartment in fire ? Like Dimitri did with Niko's apartment in Hove Beach.As seen in the movies too.Does the glass really brake or the molotov bounces back in real life ?

Depends on how hard you throw the molotov, and if the window is double-paned or not. If the molotov does indeed break the window is will probably break along with it, so the rag held inside the molotov will fall to the bottom most area and anything nearby will hopefully be caught on fire form the falling gasoline.
