_Rob_
Ok so can anybody blessed, unlike me, with the skill of coding advise as to whether a hook, ASI cleo or otherwise would work to replace the textures that "blow around" the city with a certain model in the gta3.img say "trash1.dff trash1.txd""trash2.dff trash2.txd""trash3.dff trash3.txd"? Would be really great if it is possible, but I'd like to know either way, as I think it'd help well VCHD as well as regular SA feel that bit more real

hristobg
Well.. I'm interested of that, too. Is it possible to add newspapers on the street (like in VC), leaves (like in IV) ..
Function-X-
Well it can be made as a particle effect, but SA effects doesn't have ground collision, or more precisely it's kinda broken...
_Rob_
Well the way I see it working is some sort of hook that "sticks" say an empty sprunk can to the flat newspaper, then make the newspaper invisible and voila
Function-X-
You can add the papers to the actual model too, like a trash can with papers around it for example ?
