Changing a car acelaration and top speed

So i downloaded a Aston Martin DB9 mod and replaced it with the super gt, but when i was trying it out i realized that the acelaration and top speed sucked but the handling was great, so i wanted to know what do i change in the handling.cfg file to give it a better top speed and acelaration.

in there waht do i cxhange to make it faster but keeping it's handling?
