Big problem with games for windows live

Hi guys i have some problem I was playing gta IV with 1.0.0.4 patch and now i reinstall with 1.0.0.0 version save games work with 1.0.3.0 doesnt because when I rockstar intro loading I cannot go to choose my offline acounts with home i cannot eneter in to games for windows live. dont say go to get newest patch no because 1.0.3.0 are with best performance

Sory for bad english i not ussualy speak and i was wrote fast so much mistakes are sorry
