Visual Problem Some Land In the Air

Okay, Firstly I played the Normal GTA IV and I never saw it before, now I got fainly the EFLC game. So I choose to start playin in the Lost and damned game.

 

I pasted a few mission to start with and they toke a travel around the city, I fell down to the sea under the bridge and toke a boat

Then these lands in the air showed up.

I COMPLETE THE GTA IV GAME AND PLAYED IN FREE ROAM ~ALOT~ NEVER SAW THESE BEFORE!

 

Why this game is so bugged?

I mean... even the car control is unplayable, I was drivin into a tree once

and nothing happend to the car it was wired and thats it

 

Edit : Sorry! I'm using Windows Xp Serivce Pack 3, And I have a graphic card GE FORCE 9500GTS, A DUAL CORE 2.34 GHZ 2.34 GHZ, 2 GB OF RAM

hi, I played the episodes on my xbox and I had those too. it's kinda strange but I didn't give them much thought.
