How to use non-Xbox 360 Controller

I have a Logitech Dual Action Gamepad, although I'm not seeing a way to set up controls for it like I could in previous GTAs (III-SA).

So, will I need to get a special program or am I missing something?

 

Running latest patch GTA4.
