iamarobot
Does it matter WHAT you are doing with the other characters (Bowling, Darts, drinking, etc.), or is it just importnat THAT you are doing somethin with them. Thanks!
meson1
It depends what you mean. In terms of increasing the "Like" and "Respect" stats for that friend you just need to complete any activity with them. Just don't muck it up by being late or not turning up at all. From certain friends you eventually end up with a benefit of some kind from them which you can access by ringing them up. Roman - At 75% you can get free taxi rides. Jacob - At 75% he will bring (cut price) weapons to somewhere close to your location. Brucie - At 75% he will give you a lift in his chopper anywhere you want to go. Packie - At 75% he will supply you with car bombs. Dwayne - At 75% he will sent a couple of henchmen to fight alongside you. In terms of contributing to your 100% completion, you need to get to the 75% for Jacob, Brucie and Packie in order to get a total of 5% towards your completion (1.67% per friend). On top of that, you need to take part in each of the listed activities at least once for selected friends as follows: Friend Activities [Worth a total of 5%] Little Jacob - Once you have completed all 6 activities (Darts, Drinking, Eating, Pool, Show, Strip Club), you will receive 1.67% Brucie - Once you have completed all 7 activities (Boating, Bowling, Drinking, Eating, Heli Ride, Show, Strip Club), you will receive 1.67% Packie - Once you have completed all 6 activities (Bowling, Darts, Drinking, Pool, Show, Strip Club), you will receive 1.67%. For the above competitive activities (i.e. Darts, Pool and Bowling), you don't need to beat them to earn the above "Friends Activities" completion percentage, you just need to do the activity with them. In general, once I've satisfied the above requirements for the completion percentage I generally then only favour the quick activities so I can then go get on with something else. That mainly means alternating between Eating and something else quick (e.g. Darts or Boating/Heli Ride). Your friends don't like it if you try to do the same activity with them two times in a row hence the alternating. [Edit] P.S. Not sure about this, but when you do the Strip Club activity, I read somewhere that you have to sit through the lap dance thing in order for it to count. This is a little annoying because while the slightly improved model and animation (i.e. slightly improved over previous GTAs) was novel the first time, it quickly got boring having to wait for the fake lady to finish wiggling about.
