You mislead anyone joining on the conversation automatically, making them think this is some sort of fish topic. As for the cheapest, I would assume they would most likely be cheapest at local establishments, not big restaurants. Cheapest I've seen around here is 35 cents a wing which is pretty good deal. And sorry, tilapia is too mild of a fish to go up to any sort of poultry. Salmon's good, but tuna is king. But this is about cheap chicken wings! Its more about the sauce than the quality of the meat anyway. There's a place near where I live that does 25 cent wings, and they're hella good. 12 different sauces, and they're decent quality too. Nice and crispy and gave you extra sauce for you to pour them on with when they came out...phew...They did away with it a couple months ago, but they were amazing.
