GTAIV crashes after it starts

Hello

 

I have GTAIV version 1.0.6. and after i edited some handling,carcolors and it crashes after it starts. Please help. I have following specs for my pc:

Intel Core 2 Quad 9559 2.3 Ghz

6GB Ram

1GB ATI Radeon HD 5500 Video Card
