GPS Maps and features for gta v

1) GTA V should have maps like a mix from all good game maps from godfather 2, scarface just cause 2 driver san fransico

and gta itself.

2) Players should be able to unlock the 'shift' ability from driver san fransisco after the game is complete so as not to make the story mode too easy.

3) Players should be able to bribe lawmen and pay or execute eyewitnesses to avoid trouble.

4) There should be liscenced cars in the game.
