Problem in Graphics PLZ Help Guys

i am having this problem i cant see anything in game everything is transparent except the car that i am driving no streets no buildings no terrian only pedestrains and lights i checked the graphics setting they are locked i mean i cant change the settings and theres a f*cking warning that says: your graphic setting are near, or exceed the suggested limit for your system, it is recommended to reduce your graphics in order to run the game optimally.

so if any of you guys know how to fix this problems plz let me know
