Anyway, in a nutshell, you can, but you have to modchip your PS2, pirate the game, and burn a new DVD for every time you want to install a new mod. And note quite well that the number of modifications created specifically for the PS2 version can be counted on the fingers of one hand of a blind butcher. Just get the PC version, it's, what, 15$?
