Has the forum http:// code changed?

When I edit my post in the chain game topic (to copy a previous post) the http:// code changes (example):

 

[color=f97330][b]Link: [/b][/color]<a href='http://gtasnp.com/22583' target='_blank'>[color=lightgreen]<GTASnP>[/color]</a>   /   <a href='http://chaingame.110mb.com/slots.php?cnt=1511' target='_blank'>[color=lightblue]<CHAINGAME>[/color]</a>

 

 

This is what I have been getting in the past:

 

[b][color=#bf3eff]Link:[/b][/color] [color=lightgreen]<GTASnP>[/color]

 

 

Can anyone explain? Am I doing something wrong? Has the forum code changed? We discovered something similar when we started using the 'jump to' codes. When we would edit the post the 'jump to' codes would change to

<a

&

</a>

Yeah, it's true, I've seen this as well.

Seems like instead of code, appears something like <a href='ht tp://gtasnp.com/22583' target='_blank'>.

 

It must be a bug or something.

Yeah, noticed that a few days before, hasn't happened before i think. Must be a bug.

A similar thing occurs when you try to embed Youtube videos using either a font or a font color. It somehow alters the BBCode to HTML or PHP or something.

 

The Duct tape is starting to show.

Still can't post videos with a font color/font, this happens. Looks like it reverts to HTML due to the formatting or something.

I just tried to Quote & Edit posts in the current chain game & the code looked/seemed normal when using the Preview Post option. Thanks!

I'm getting the same problem with my save links:

 

This:

is posting like this:

 

[color=f97330][b]Link: [/b][/color]</a>[color=lightgreen]<GTASnP>[/color]   / <a rel='nofollow' href='http://chaingame.110mb.com/1515' target='_blank'>[color=lightblue]<CHAINGAME>[/color]

 

 

Edit:

 

I think I found what was wrong.

It was the position of the [/url] in the code. When I placed it after [/color] I no longer got the 'extra' code & the links were clickable.
