HELICOPTER CRASH

I alway play GTA VICE CITY,recently i have problem who i cant understand that why...

 

I have problem from a last month,as u know all well that when u enter in helicopter,

helicopter start automately and anyone can fly easitly with UP/RIGHT/LEFT arrows but when

i enter in helicopter and press UP/RIGHT/LEFT keys,my helicopter start then OUT OF CONTROL

then CRASH,i am very disapointed cause i also RE INSTALL game or windows but problem is still

disturb me

U all guys also know well that DISPLAY setting of game is very easy,i was also change setting but

problem is still never solved

Pls guide me what can i do for solve this problem
