Singleplay/Multiplayer crash on startup.

I had downloaded a mod, with accidently two TXD's so it completely messed up the GTA3. file. I replaced it with another version of San Andreas on my computer, was working fine, then it just desided to stop working. I deleted all of the versions of GTA SA on my computer, and reinstalled one of them. Still it does not work, even after deleting MTA and SAMP.

There are currently no mod installed on the current GTA3.

 

I don't get a SAMP-CRASH error, its just the

 

 

I had used event manager to figure out what the computer said the problem was.

 

 

Faulting application gta_sa.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module gta_sa.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00346929.

 

Can somebody please explain to me, what this exactly means, and what I can do to fix it?
