There is no way you should get less than 30FPS average with that system when the game is setup properly. Unless, did you turn everything up to the max, like including shadows on very high? You should get atleast 10 fps or less or more. I didnt had updated the driver and I got 9 fps. I didnt knew it, so updated to the latest driver and it was smooth. Its probable that you've bought it but UTorrent on your SS looks fishy... With that said, i dont know about the PC Version of the game....
