Help! My Gta IV started lagging suddendly!

It doesn´t lag completely, litlle lagging yesterday it worked perfectly, but when i started playing Gta IV at morning, it started lagging! Help me!

 

Information about my pc:

 

1TB HDD

MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

AMD Athlon II X2 240 Processor

6,0GB RAM

ATI Radeon HD 4650
