Jeff not on the 100% list

Every random character that you can kill/save is not on the 100% list.

Those include Ivan, Clarence, Cherise, and others.

I messed up Jeff's mission when I got too close to take the photo but the mission came round again which was unrealistic.

 

I'm trying to get a 100% completion but Kate's fondness for Niko was only 77% at the time she left the game, does this matter?

No girlfriend is required for 100%.

 

Jeff is required, however.

No, Jeff is infact not in the 100% list.This is unknown why, but for a strange reason you can pass the game 100% without his encounters.

Yeah right. In reply to the 2nd post, I remember getting the choice to kill Ivan and Cherise, but don't ever remember seeing Jeff before, or there being any red/blue arrow over his head.

 

 

Instead of starting another '100% checklist pdf question, I'll just put it here - hope that's cool.

 

With the Friends section, that is worth 10%, does the 10% get added in the stats as one lump sum after you've done all the activities with Jac, Packie and Brucie, plus like %s, or does it come in little amounts as you go through the activities?

I thought I finished that set of tasks yesterday but nothing changed with the overall completion %. Maybe I missed one of the activities, but I sure as f*ck hope not cause I'll have to go thru the all again.
