My guess is that whatever is written on the wall in the background gives away the location... thatswhy they blurred it so much.

 

Either way we're looking for a place (possibly in Hawaii) with a a big Cow's head and an aminal wearing clown pants outside.

Picking up on someone saying "WISHFUL", F could suggest Florida, meaning it could actually be Miami like quite a few people have mentioned. Before I even read anything here, I immediately thought Miami...
