Guys. Take a look at this. I just zoomed the V and I used the brush to draw above the letters, so we can see the word.

But this is all I got... I just drew over the lines with a brighter white...

So that means nothing.

I looked at a Google Streetview of "204 Hawaii" and saw a white Dodge Caravan matching the picture. However, it was facing a different direction, and there was no blue sign in sight.

I just found a Lake Howell in Florida which is very close to Orlando. So at least now we have a few options:

 

Honolulu, Hawaii

Howell-Pinkney, Michigan

Howell Mills Rd./Clark Howell Hwy/Clark Howell Homes.....Atlanta, Georgia

Lake Howell, Florida (northeast a little ways of Orlando)

 

The sign itself could be one of those shopping center types with all the different store names on it; which could explain the barely visible yellow border above the letters.

 

Also, the picture could be older than the google street view image......maybe it's been torn down since then and this happens to be another flickr type photo like the last one.

EDIT: I searched Howell on Wikipedia, and found these options:

 

* Howell, Utah

* Howell County, Missouri

* Hugh Howell Road, Georgia

* Howell Mountain AVA, an American Viticultural Area located in Napa County, California, part of Napa Valley AVA

 

There were also some International locations, but the Caravan in the picture would rule them out

I know you can't fully make it out but from my point of view, it seems to be saying Howell.

 

There's a Howell in New Jersey, Michigan, and Atlanta.

 

It's either those 3 right now. But if there's another town named Howell in this country (or anywhere else for that matter), then blurt it out please

I agree, you can faintly see the break where the supposed "a" is in the sign and where it loops back around again making it an "e". For some reason, my gut tells me to search in Atlanta for this thing....

It's not in Hawaii. It says Howell. If you look to close or far, the letters look different.

Yeah there's a chance this one might be Atlanta. But Hugh Howell Road doesn't EXACTLY lead to Atlanta. It lead's to 'US-78' which is the road that leads straight to Atlanta.

 

But then again Atlanta still stay's in play. There's a 17 mile difference that's all.
