I never saw anyone write anything about Hot Air Balloons. But i did find the Howell offical website earlier when i was searching for a Welcome to Howell sign.

If we haven't found this picture by tomorrow, someone should give the city council of Howell a call and ask if they've got someone that can take a look at that picture and say if it's in or close to Howell or not.

exactally, i used paint shop pro, resized the image and then sharpened it and used a few other filters to bring out a little definition.

I just got through searching that.....it's called Dillingham Plaza. But I didn't see that blue sign anywhere in sight. It's not like it's tiny either. It looks like it's about 7 or 8 feet tall.

Guys. Take a look at this. I just zoomed the V and I used the brush to draw above the letters, so we can see the word.

But this is all I got... I just drew over the lines with a brighter white...

So that means nothing.

Kind of looks like "Howuli" now.

 

But if you search that it corrects you with "Howell"
