I still say it's some sort of Russian Orthodox church in the background. The blue coloration and style of the tops of the spires seem to match up. And yes, they can be found everywhere....not just Russia in case you were wondering.

 

EDIT: New "V" posted as soon as I finished. It definitely says "Five" on the building and it has some sort of red leafed bush tree out front.

Guys, I wouldn't waste time looking for the images unless you're doing it for fun. If you're hoping this will be a hint for the next GTA, don't waste anymore time because it has nothing to do with the next GTA. I say this because previously a photo was used from Victoria Potter's Flickr account, yet the image stated all rights reserved. Therefore this image was used unlawfully and R* would never ever use an image that stated that. Now, a mod of a forum site would, probably without realizing that they cannot use that image.

 

That's why I believe now more than ever that this is just a stunt to bring in more registered users.

I'm doing it for fun. I think we're in Los Angeles guys......what do they call Orange County, California? The Gold Coast (color of the outline). Infamous for it's drive by shootings as well. I'm thinking maybe this is a "Five Guys Burgers and Fries" restaurant.
