Other than that try commandlines or if you have the latest patch try older patches like 1030 or 1040. Also try lowering your settings, maybe deffrag your hard drive or see if you can't install some newer nvidia drivers. Otherwise even on low settings it was a disaster, I just got some money and bought a not-so-better GT 220 but performs very well with IV on medium-high settings.
